Volunteer
Join us and make a difference for animals in need
Experience it yourself!
Volunteering at Kalahari Wildlife Project offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in wildlife rehabilitation while contributing directly to the care and recovery of injured, orphaned and displaced animals. As a volunteer, you will work alongside experienced staff and become part of the daily operations while gaining valuable insight into wildlife care and conservation.
Tasks
Daily tasks vary depending on the animals currently in care and the needs of the center. Volunteers may assist with preparing diets, feeding animals, cleaning, maintaining & building enclosures, creating enrichment, monitoring & recording behavior and supporting conservation-related activities.
